Rankrly operates the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use it. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use of the service and these terms.

You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. Provide accurate information, use only accounts you are authorized to use, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Rankrly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, publish, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies reasonably retained in backups, records, or aggregated results.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.

Do not misuse Rankrly, interfere with its operation, access it through unauthorized automated means, evade security or rate limits, submit unlawful or abusive material, impersonate others, manipulate results, or use the service to infringe privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.

Rankrly is an independent fan platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA, conferences, teams, leagues, or media polls. Rankings, predictions, statistics, schedules, and other sports information may contain delays or errors and are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

Rankrly is not a sportsbook and does not provide betting, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use any information shown on the service.

Rankrly may display advertising and may link to or rely on third-party services, including sign-in providers, analytics, hosting, and data providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Rankrly is not responsible for third-party content or availability.

Rankrly and its licensors own the service, brand, software, design, and other materials we provide, excluding user content and third-party materials. These terms do not grant you a right to use Rankrly’s trademarks or copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the service except where law permits it.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Rankrly, third parties, or the integrity of the service. You may stop using the service at any time and can contact support about account deletion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rankrly is provided as is and as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rankrly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Contact support@rankrly.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. Applicable law governs these terms without limiting consumer protections that must apply where you live.

We may update these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continuing to use Rankrly after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
