Who operates Rankrly
Rankrly operates rankrly.com and the services described in this policy. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@rankrly.com.
Information we collect
Account information may include your name, email address, profile image, and identifiers supplied by the sign-in provider you choose. We also process the ballots, predictions, group activity, profile details, comments, and support messages you submit.
We automatically receive technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, cookies, local storage, and service logs. This information helps us operate, secure, and understand the service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts; operate rankings, predictions, groups, profiles, and social features; calculate community results; prevent abuse; troubleshoot problems; answer support requests; analyze site performance; improve Rankrly; and display and measure advertising.
Public activity
Rankrly is built around community participation. Depending on the feature and your settings, your display name, profile, ballot, prediction, group participation, or other submitted content may be visible to other users or the public. Aggregated community rankings and statistics may also include your contributions.
Advertising, analytics, and cookies
Rankrly uses Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to understand site usage and may use Google AdSense to serve and measure ads. Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or device identifiers to select, personalize, limit, and measure advertising where permitted.
Where required, Rankrly will present privacy choices through a Google-certified consent platform. You can also manage cookies in your browser and review how Google uses information for advertising. Blocking storage may affect sign-in or other site features.
How information is shared
We share information with service providers that help with hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, security, support, and advertising. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of the service.
Rankrly does not sell personal information for money. Some advertising activity may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. Use the privacy controls shown on the site or contact us to exercise an applicable right.
Retention, security, and international processing
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate records, comply with law, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
Your choices and rights
You can update available profile settings, control browser cookies, and choose what content you submit. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing.
Send requests to support@rankrly.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children
Rankrly is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We may update this policy as Rankrly or applicable requirements change. The effective date above shows when this version took effect. Material changes may also be announced through the service.
